Allergy
When an unusual substance reacts to hypersensitive immune system allergy occur.
Allergies are over reaction of body’s immune system to specific substances which harms the body. Substances that causes allergy called allergens. These allergens manifest themselves in the body through skin, respiratory system and gives rise to many health problems such as Eczema, Hay fever, Asthma.



Causes

Symptoms according doshas-

Vata- Headache, Anxiety, Insomnia

Pitta- Burning eyes, Skin rashes, Yellow nasal discharge

Kapha- Heaviness of body, eyes, head, Laziness, Whitish sputum discharge.
